Great conditions at Mt. Hutt today for our second day of the 2015 season. Lovely clear day making the view of the snowy Canterbury plains quite spectacular.
Hutt had some morning drama with vehicles resulting in them only opening up the access road an hour late. It even made it into the local news.
Simon had to deal with snow chains today. It was pretty muddy on the way back down and he managed to get himself quite filthy while I stood around and laughed. He was not impressed.
A fresh layer of snow opened up some of the off piste boarding. Overall an excellent day dampened only by our weak little leggies not being able to sustain us for the full day.
